AtlasIQ™ — Land Intelligence Platform

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AtlasIQ ("the Platform"), a product of VibeCaaS.com, a division of NeuralQuantum.ai LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AtlasIQ is a land intelligence and property analytics platform that provides data aggregation, AI-powered analysis, Deal Score™ ratings, comparable sales analysis, underwriting tools, and deal management features. The Platform is designed for informational and analytical purposes only.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to the Deal Score™ algorithm, AI analysis models, data aggregation methods, scoring methodologies, user interface designs, and proprietary analytics — are owned by NeuralQuantum.ai LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Patent Notice

The Deal Score™ algorithm and related analytical methodologies are patent pending (U.S. Patent Application). Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or derivative creation of these algorithms is strictly prohibited.

4. Not Financial or Investment Advice

The Deal Score™, property valuations, market analysis, underwriting projections, and all other analytical outputs are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a basis for any investment or purchase decision. Always consult with qualified professionals including licensed real estate brokers, financial advisors, attorneys, and tax professionals before making any property acquisition decisions.

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information from over 3,200 county sources, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented on the Platform. Property data, tax records, zoning information, and other data points may contain errors or be outdated. Users should independently verify all critical information through official county records and other authoritative sources.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our algorithms; (b) use automated tools to scrape or extract data; (c) share account credentials; (d) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (e) violate any applicable fair housing laws; (f) redistribute our proprietary data or analysis.

8. Fair Housing Compliance

AtlasIQ is committed to compliance with the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 3601-3619) and all applicable state and local fair housing laws. Our Platform and data are provided without regard to race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected class. Users agree to comply with all applicable fair housing laws when using the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURALQUANTUM.AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
